People’s Postcode Lottery has a great story to tell and our communications team ensure people understand what we do and why we do it.
Our in-house customer experience team is the main point of contact for our players and potential players.
Customer Experience Team
From draws and servers to operating systems and business intelligence, the data services team manages all areas of IT, development and innovation at People’s Postcode Lottery.
Data Services Team
The in-house events team plan and deliver all of our internal and external events and celebrations, including the prestigious annual Charity Gala and special team events.
Our finance team are responsible for all lottery proceeds, including player prizes, funding awards for supported charities and payroll.
The HR team at People's Postcode Lottery are responsible for recruiting the best new talent. They also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and training.
Our in-house marketing team are behind all of our People’s Postcode Lottery creative campaigns and commercials.
